Has anyone ever had a buyer send a letter of demands and threats to your return address without even contacting eBay or seller to request refund after a month from purchase date? She claims item came broken and that I committed fraud for adding extra product. Basically giving her free product.

Sorry for your situation. No good deed goes unpunished. Accept the return, pay for the label and refund when you receive it.

Correct.
A letter. I contacted eBay and they told me to block her. She didn’t contact them or I about the issue. Just went straight to sending me an actual letter in the mail demanding a refund and a new product or she would report me to attorney generals office for fraud.

I guess I missed that... Still unfortunate. Thanks!!

Ignore the letter, they need to do the request for a return through eBay.
They knew how to make the purchase let them figure out how to do a return.

Just noticed you have a 'no returns policy " which in some cases will help you but please remember you are required to accept return/refund buyer money if they contact you with in 30 days from delivery.
'No returns' does not mean 'no refund 'for your buyer it just means your item may not have to be returned to you if buyer files a claim with eBay

Did you add an extra product to her order? You should probably advise her to return the broken item for a refund. However, let her know that she can keep the extra product as a gift.
Of course, upon reading the title to your thread, it would seem that you're saying that she is demanding something extra be sent to her. If that is the case, I would advise you to ask her to open a return request through the MBG. Or if past the deadline, she can do it through her payment provider or PayPal.
In either case, I recommend that you communicate only through eBay messaging and not by regular mail. You may also want to scan and keep a copy of her letter.
I'm not quite understanding how it is that she is threatening you. Is she threatening to file fraud charges through law enforcement?

Yes thank you. I am aware.
The buyer never ever reached out to me or eBay. And it’s past 30 days now. I would have refunded no question but I made aware by buyer there was an issue whatsoever. Also, eBay told me to not refund yet while they investigate this buyer.
Oddly enough, the buyer only opened account that day of purchase. That’s something I will be watching for now.

Save the letter but ignore it.
If you feel the need to respond, I'd recommend contacting the buyer through the transaction with something to the effect of the following.
"Dear buyer,
I'm sending this through the transaction for your purchase so it's on ebay's record for both of our protections.
I received your letter in the mail (from USPS) stating your unhappiness with the item and demanding a refund. Please understand that that isn't how ebay works and if you want to return for refund, you need to open a claim through your purchase.
Also, I'm sorry you're unhappy with the free bonus widget I included as a gift. Most buyers appreciate the tokens.
Sincerely,
Your seller"
I'm guessing your buyer has a history and that's why you got the snail mail letter. If she really wants to return it, she'll do as you suggest. But I think she's just trying to bully you.

It was a $10 box of hair color.
It had leaked inside box during shipment I suppose. She claims I added more hair color to the products to overfill them. 😂
And she sent me a letter stating if I don’t give her a new box and a refund she will do a charge back and file a fraud case on me with attorney.

I don’t know what MBG is. Sorry I don’t understand the lingo yet.

Just ignore it. But keep the letter just in case.

MBG = Money Back Guarantee
