A buyer asked me if I combine shipping. I told her it was 3.25 for the first item and .55 for each additional item. She then put in 3 offers on 3 different items. I accepted one but the other 2 were half of my asking price which I declined. I check my messages and she said she would not agree to my shipping charges and would take photos and send back the one item she won. I politely told her that I've done nothing wrong and that I have to charge wh as I do for shipping due to fees. How should i handle this? She has not paid yet and said beforehand it would be the 10th before she could pay.

I've also offered to just cancel the sale and go our separate ways and she just says she is "going to mail it back".

If she hasn't paid, and it's been at least full two days since the auction closed/listing ended, file an Unpaid Item Case. Buyer then has four days to make payment. If the item still hasn't been paid for, on the 5th day, go into the ebay Resolution Center and close the case. That will trigger a refund of your FVFs, and you're free to re-list your item.
Put the buyer on your Blocked Bidder List so that she is unable to bid on any more of your items to save you future hassle.
If in the future you would like eBay to open and close Unpaid Bidder cases for you automatically, set up eBay's Unpaid Bidder Assistant.
More info about the Unpaid Bidder process can be found here: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/resolving-unpaid-items?id=4137

She is going to pay on the 10th because "it is her obligation" and then send it back after she takes photos.

She just messaged me to "cancel everything" which I did. I'm hoping she does not leave bad feedback. I was polite to her.

On Buyer Requested cancellations neither party can leave feedback or if they can it should be easily removable.

Canceling was the best option here, since it sounds like she was planning to file a false Not as Described case.
