So I sold these supreme pants and after the buyer received the item, he requested a return on the item saying that he got vineyard vines pants. I know I sent the right item and have never even seen the pants that he claims I sent. I do not want to lose the supreme pants and the money so what can I do?

Ask him if maybe he has mixed you up with another seller.
But short of that if he files SNAD, you have little choice but to send return label and when you get the item back, refund him.
And unfortunately, since he is claiming something different, you will probably not get your item back.

@jedjedy4 You can accept the return and hope they return the item you sent. You can also hope they do not choose Item not as described because that will be a negative on your return metric. If you listed the item Free Returns then the chance of an Item not as described "may" be reduced.
This is Retail selling and Buyers can say whatever they want to get a return ... over time everyone has to deal with a return ... honest ones or otherwise, we have.

I am assuming you are talking a several hundred dollar pair of pants. There are better places to sell Supreme and if you want to know I will ask my son. He sells that stuff all the time and has had 0 issues and gets the price he wants. If the guy sends you back a different pair of pants there are things you can do to cause pain to your buyer and maybe not lose your money.,

If he does send the different pair that he said he received , what can I do?

jedjedy4 You need to end all your high end auctions ASAP! Because you are under 300+ feedback a newbie seller you are a target for scam buyers sorry too say . It is never reconmemded that sellers new like should be selling high valued and high risk items until you get beyond 400 + feedback . You need to wait and see if that buyer sent your item back to you ,If buyer does the old Switch Oroo then file with the FBI and USPS for mail fraud . you have sold couple of other high priced items and let's hope nothing happens .
