Buyer says did not receive item . Tracking shows delivered.
USPS updated as delivered to the buyers mail box
it showed delivered on March 28th, the buyer didn't communicate and just went ahead to open a claim.
Buyers comment are as follows;
"Hello, I purchased an Iphone 7 plus from you and I received a message indicating that the item was delivered but it was not. When I track the package with the tracking number It says it was delivered in LAWRENCEVILLE , GA mailbox. I do not have the item. I'm going to have to get a refund if I don't get the item."
I just checked the tracking information, LAWRENCEVILLE , GA was never mentioned anywhere.
The tracking info actually reads
March 28, 2018 at 10:50 am
Delivered, In/At Mailbox
SAN LORENZO, CA 94580
Any advice on how to resolve this.

I had similar problem. Buyer claimed not to have recieved item. I sent tracking history showing it was delivered. Buyer then opened claim in PayPal. I furnished PayPal with details. Paypal debited and hit me with $20 chargeback fee! No seller protection at all. In future I'm thinking anything over $50 will require signature confirmation for delivery.

Congrats on an honest buyer - or one who found out that the seller wasn't going to fold.
To the other responder - did you call and talk to someone at Paypal. You are covered if you have the tracking number which shows delivery - I'd definitely call them back and put up a fight.
