Hi, i just started selling some items i don't need anymore.  I've sold two things so far. First one my payment is on hold.

This second one i got a offer Wich i accepted on Xbox 360 250gb  hard drive.  As soon as i accepted it, buyer contacted me ask for my email and cell phone number to make payment .  I have only added my bank account Wich EBay required to verify.  Is this a scam?

Yes, do not give this info out. eBay has the ways for buyer to submit payment to you, there is no need to give anything else. Buyers sometimes try to find ways for sellers to do things outside of eBay, whereas the seller will loose any of the eBay protection, and expose themselves to a potential scam. It is not worth it.

20 years selling on ebay and I will tell you that all communications between you and the buyer stays on ebays messaging system.  This is for your protection.

SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! No further communication with them.  Cancel the sale and add the buyer to your Blocked Bidder List.

Be aware that as a new seller, you are a scam magnet. Be careful. Even sellers who have been here for many years are having issues with scams and ebay always sides with the buyer. If a buyer so much as says "item not as described" or pretty much anything else, ebay will refund them. Keep enough money in your account to cover everything and you should have a separate account for your ebay stuff or you risk ebay emptying your personal account for refunds and fees.
