Hello,
We have a 30 days return policy and money back guarantee cover for 30 days after delivery.
Should we accept and absorb that lost $?
If we refuse, we will be in trouble?
We asking because it is the first time we get a return past the 30 days delivery and want to understand both position, accept/refuse.
Thanks!

You have a 30 day return policy and do not have to accept the return - but the buyer can go to Paypal and open a return request there as they have a 180 day return policy which supercedes your 30 day.

IF they go through Paypal.. they are the ones responsible to pay the shipping back to you..

Paypal allows a return for any reason for 180 days, BUT unlike with Ebay, the buyer is responsible for return shipping no matter the reason for return. If you have someone just fishing for a refund, they won't file with Paypal because they don't want to spend money on shipping. (unless it was an expensive item. Then they'll send you back a box of air )

What lost $ ?
A US-based PayPal customer can click to join PayPal's no cost return shipping reimbursement program to be repaid for the return label for a domestic shipment. They submit the postage receipt for the reimbursement.
Sellers no longer have the return postage upper-hand over buyers! This program is more than a year old, but many posters are unaware of it.
