I find this a ludicrous statement and don't see why I should take a return and wonder what anyone else would do in this situation. I did send her a link to the local distributor which happens to be located in my town.

I would now ignore her.
She can no longer file a case on ebay.
However, she can on paypal.
If she does, respond with return for refund and she is responsible to pay for return shipping.
