My listing..
http://www.ebay.com/itm/222519439964?ssPageName=STRK:MESOX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1559.l2649
I sold this item to a buyer and in the listing it states it's for a service no physical or hardware, in the listing i put exactly what i need in return to get the transaction started for the services, however the buyer doesn't respond to my messages. What should i do? Return money? If so how do i return without reflecting on me as a poor seller ? It's been about a week now, i would gladly return the $5.99 with no additional issues. I guess i will just have to take a hit on the fee's. =(
Thank you,

If you issue a full refund without a cancellation attached it will trigger a defect on your account.
If you cancel without the buyer requesting it will trigger a defect on your account.
I would sit tight for a while longer and see if the buyer gets back to you @1stopdrop_wa2

@1stopdrop_wa2 I'd give it through the weekend. However, if you don't hear back by Monday I'd send one more email telling them what you need and ask them if they have changed their mind on this and if so to please tell you so you can cancel the order. If he/she has changed their mind then cancel/refund as buyer requsted.
However, if they still don't respond I think you are safe on them opening a case or a neg as you have been forthright with them regading what is needed from him.
Good Luck and keep us updated.

File an unpaid item and close it in another 96 hours to get your fee credit. Be aware that there is nothing to top a buyer of virtual currency from claiming "not received" - and you will lose the case.

Hi Ep -- I thought of a UPI immediately as well. But read further and see the buyer already paid the OP. The OP asks if she should now just refund.

My apologies. Thanks for the correction @klassic*kids

I would contact the buyer via email and explain why you are reaching out to them. Maybe they don't understand the listing fully. Let them know if they have any questions to email you, you'd be glad to clarify their order. If the buyer wants to cancel the order then you can refund them and your fees should be returned to you. Hope this helps. ~~ Lisa
