Hello all,
I'm having quite a few problems with buyers in light of COVID-19 and here is the most recent that I need some help with.
Buyer bought item and it arrived 2 business days after purchase. Buyer rejected the shipment and it was sent back to me. Buyer then opened an item not received case. The item wasn't supposed to arrive until 3/27 but it arrived 3/24.
eBay is conveniently closed so I can't just have them shut it down.
Tracking clearly shows that it was delivered to his city then sent back but the buyer states in the case "This is on it's way back and is currently in Oregon....It never made it to Ky.....I cannot wait this long for the sanitizing wipes."
Any advice as to what I should do?
