Buyer not responding or paying

I stayed in my auction for payment to be made within 24 hours of auction end.  They have not paid and will not respond.  The winning bidder has 0 feedback.  Can I cancel the ended auction and relist?

eBay policy is that you have to wait 4 full days (i.e, 96 hours) before you can cancel based on "Buyer hasn't paid." Before that, the options to cancel will only include statements that are lies and/or ways to get a defect point on your account. You can't make up  your own deadlines which override eBay's 4-day policy.

Unless your listing was BIN with immediate  payment required, your buyer has a full 96 hours to pay.

It does not matter what you state in your auction about "payment to be made within 24 hours of auction end".

Stop messaging the buyer.

eBay Policy is 4 days (96 hours)  - after that you can cancel for non-payment.

You statements do not mean anything. You need to follow eBay policy.

If you want immediate payment dont list Auctions and dont accept "Best Offers"

BIN with immediate payment = paid when bought.
