I'm new on ebay. A guy bought 4 separate items off me tonight using buy it now but didnt pay. He immediately messaged me asking for combined shipping and an updated invoice. I happily agreed and after doing some research I figured out how to send a invoice with combined shipping...... now it's been a few hours since he bought items. I've sent an invoice 4 different times. It's all showing up correct on my end but buyer claims it's wrong on his end and now states he bought 6 items from me. I've asked for info on the other 2 items he claims he bought but I've got no answer..... anyways my question is has anybody else delt with this situation before? And what do I do? ........ I just started here and already had a buyer start a return for "item not as described" , WHILE IT WAS STILL IN SHIPPING! Seems like nothing but problems so far and I'm getting pretty discouraged.... sorry had to vent alittle any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
If he bought them, they will show up in your Sold section. So far i see 5 items, all magazines, that sold today. What does he say is the problem with the invoice? These are not high-dollar high-fraud items, so it is possible he has just lost count.
I also noticed one of today's sales was around 3 p.m. (my time zone), and the other four were clustered around 5 p.m. I suspect these four were the sales made by the buyer in question . . .
