Buyer lied about condition of item, will not return, and left negative review.

I bought a ssd drive from a popular retail store in clearance and sold it on eBay the next day. The box was sealed and advertised as brand new. A few days later I get my first negative review from that buyer claiming the box was not sealed but the item was in great shape so she still wanted to keep it. The seal was clearly visible on the pictures I took for the listing!! I sent the buyer a very polite message explaining the situation and asked what I could do to resolve the issue. Should I reach out to eBay? What do I do?
