Buyer left what I consider unfair negative feedback, claiming that he didn't receive the seeds. I didn't question him and gave a prompt refund. The was no tracking because they were sent 1st class in regular envelope. 1st class with tracking is too expensive to send seeds. This is the feedback:
"Never received ..no tracking...same old stuff on ebay".
I responded:
"Sent via USPS 1st class regular envelope, no tracking. Refund was issued."
Anything that I can do?

It might get removed because of what was stated about 'ebay'; but the rest of it is accurate and there is NOTHING in it that is unfair- it's what the customers experience was. Paid for something, waited for it, had no tracking for it to know if/when it's coming. As you know, this is what happens when you ship with no tracking, unhappy customers, refunds and neg feedback.

If you call and cry enough most sellers eventually get negatives removed. It is a useless system that way but go for it if you must.

Personally I would stop shipping things with no tracking. Tracking protects you.

Feedback removal is possible if it violated a policy
Please know that you are totally unprotected against dishonest buyers without proof of delivery
As advised in previous posts tracking is for your protection
charge higher shipping/item price but use tracking for ALL packages
Good luck

I had a buyer demand (quite nasty) a return which I approved and I even sent a prepaid label, but then she canceled that return and gave me negative feedback for not "approving" her canceled return. Wut? Ebay sided with me and removed the neg feedback. Call customer service and plead your case. You shouldn't be penalized for doing everything right.

If the customer said that the item was not received, then not everything was done right. Regardless of who's 'fault' it is, the buyer didn't receive their item. If they are being honest and the feedback was removed, they have the right to be even more upset.

I don'thave to lecture you on sending stuff in a envelope with no tracking. I think you already know the concequences but figure "i'll take a chance". I sell Philippines currecny and used to send it that way thinking the same thing "i'll take a chance". I've since changed my policy and only send it with tracking. I pass the excess cost on to the customer.
About the negative feedback. Just because you fully refund the customer does not mean they aren't justified leaving you a negative. It's how they "feel" about the transaction. I think that there is a POSSIBILTY you might get it removed because of that remark about ebay. It doesn't hurt to try.
Good luck and stay safe!
