I was left the following negative feedback, in it's entirety:
"Again wasn't paying close enough attention and didn't know a male coax end even existed. I need one with female end to fit male end like on this one. So can I return it if it was my mistake?"
This should be an open and shut feedback removal, right? The buyer left me a negative because they bought something without even looking at it, and then admit to doing so!
So I submit a feedback removal request, and eBay replies:
"After carefully reviewing your request, we found that this feedback is not eligible for removal.

Also, I have sold 18 of these cables without issue. This is the 2nd time the buyer has left a neutral or negative feedback after ordering the incorrect item.

Thankfully the buyer was understanding and revised his feedback when requested. The fact that eBay support did nothing is astounding to me.
