I am being threatened by a buyer that says their package was not delivered and it was delivered on 11/25. He is calling me a scam and telling me if I refund their money they will cancel filling the claim. I shipped them BRAND NEW speakers which they also got me to reduce by 100$ I was being kind for world kindness day and now I’m dealing with this issue. I’ve reported him twice to EBay and he is still attacking me with threatening messages! I have reported them to EBay as well and blocked him but he still sending me messages

It is possible that the customer was a victim on "porch pirates" (Sellers are NOT responsible for theft). It is common for thieves to follow UPS and Fed Ex trucks.
If this customer threatens violence you should report them to the police as EBAY will not protect you. If customer opens "did not receive item" claim against you...all you have to do is give EBAY the tracking# proving item was delivered and you will win the case. Of course, this customer can still leave you negative feedback.
Sorry this happened to you...

Encourage your buyer to file an Item Not Received case.
By filing an INR case, any negative feedback the buyer leaves you will be deleted.
Respond to the case by pasting the tracking number.
If the package has a Delivered scan, the case will be ruled in your favor and you can keep the payment.

If the buyer opens INR and the OP/seller proves delivery and wins the case, the buyer cannot leave negative feedback and if they do, it is removable.

This is why I have ALWAYS blocked buyers who ask for discounts. And especially those who beg. There is simply no end to their demands... its a personality disorder.
I highly recommend that you do the same.
For now, please follow the advice from @onlinecentral.
(And in future be kind to yourself first... then you can avoid these sorts of parasitic buyers and be kind to those in your life who deserve kindness.) regards

First save all the buyers messages/communications to a file somewhere on your personal device. Encourage your buyer to open an official claim with eBay and then cut off communications with the buyer. If they file a claim for INR do as others have noted and upload the shipping and delivery confirmation to the case and it should be closed in your favor. If they attempt to open any other type of claim such as an NAD or other type of return request you have the communications from the buyer claiming they never received the item and the extortion attempts.
