I’m new on eBay and I was sellling the face mask from Japan 

 

one of the Chinese ladies brought our items  and  saying that that is not the one she brought in Japan 

 

however the one I’m selling was the one I sent to her, unicharm 3D mask , the is the only look like . 

she refused to google the item to get more information and just keep saying that I selling the fake one and ask for refund

however she opened box and when i ask where is the boxes and she calms that the box was open and damage.  

I send the item to her as good condition and u can see the surround corner of the box also in. New condition. 

i really feel very angry on this 

why they said protect the buyer even they are stupid, liar and even don’t know what she buying . 

and now she left me a negative feedback and  saying I’m selling. Fake one 

that is not fair for me 

 

Can anyone tell me what to do! Will i loss in this case ?  As the eBay not helping me at all 

just say they already open the case and wait for the PayPal to decide.

Approx $22

 

The seller didn't accept the dispute, so they will likely be forced to refund the $22, not get a credit of their FVF and get hit with a $20 dispute fee, to boot.

So is that mean I should refund to her ?

That is slandered,malicious and defamatory!

 

If I really selling the fake one I can accept and I will refund to her , but that is real may just not the one she want ……..

You said the buyer filed the claim with PayPal, @cosypophk. Can you tell us if you're in eBay's managed payments program? If you're not in MP and still using PayPal, then you might get some different advice on this because PayPal generally requires a return of the product. I have to ask because when a payment dispute is filed and the seller is in managed payments, we have no way of knowing if the buyer filed a claim through PayPal or directly with their credit card.

Yes, she ask the chargeback from PayPal 

And I dont think she will return the item to me Cox the return address was in Japan 

She left the feedback and said that that is counterfeit items 

 

however I have the purchase invoice from Japan wholesalers. 

and now what I can do is wait for PayPal decision. 

I really feel that is so ridiculous

This is going to be my standard reply to any post where I can't see the feedback for the OP. 

 

'It seems that ebay has changed something so that we can't use one click to get to the listings of the OP.  Seeing the active selling account for the post is essential to forming an answer.'

what is crazy  is the fact that you are going to toss in he towel for a stupid face mask

 

nobody at ebay is going to help you with this so I will instead

 

you need to say YES to any and all returns.....resistance is futile and I really mean that

 

you are digging in your heels over a small thing and blowing it out of proportion

send the money back and move on with ebay selling

 

everythig you have stated is most likely true but it does not matter

 

why woud your customer open up a charge back on PPE unless you were being unreasonable

 

it sounds silly to me
