I just had someone purchase my item at full listed price ($125). The buyer has all positive feedback for over 1000 orders. The payment was received through PayPal and it is on hold since I am a new seller. However, something seems off. The buyer is obviously foreign. They left me a message in broken English telling me the item is a gift and I should not include an invoice or anything like that, and their name on PayPal is Asian. But, the shipping address is in the US. Should I be concerned about this transaction?

HI. Sounds like their using a US reship service maybe, the no invoice is probably so customs doesn't know the value they paid for the item. I would double check with paypal before sending if your protected in this situation, I've read some scams like this on the forums here. But, with that said if he has over 1000 postive feedbacks I would take that as a legit buyer and ship.

It's as safe as any other sale!
I've shipped to hundreds of foreign buyers who use US based mail forwarders. I have never had an issue with any of them.
