Buyer from Brazil today bought an old coin from my shop. Told him to check my other coins, he clicked see other items and only got my old letter listings. I therefor would appreciate as many folk on here as possible checking my listings and seeing how many listings there are. Making sure the coin listings a visible on eBay USA. I checked myself and could see the listings. Brazil is not blocked in postage policies so should be able to view the coin listings. Bizare why he couldn't see the other coins. So please check my listings and comment if you can see all the coins and letters. Just hoping that listings are not being blocked somehow. Thanks all for the help.

Again, the 'Item Location' filter gives this:
240 as 'Default'
215 as 'Australia only'
240 as 'Worldwide'
Shop gets different results.
Total of 240 results [all].
If I select from list:
24 as 'Ancient Coins'
7 as 'Ancient Greek Coins'
50 as 'Roman Ancient Coins'
Swell.
No wonder my international has been in the toilet.

I see 57 listings here in Canada.
But they are all for coins, while your shop seems to be specializing in postal history.
Are your postal history items missing? Everything you have listed should be showing in the Store.

Check your shipping fees section.
If you don't have a fee for a particular country, the item will not show up in Search to a customer in that country.

Thanks everyone. This is a most interesting experiment and great comments here. I am an experienced seller. I had been adding visit my shop stickers to all orders but whats the point of that if every location is getting different results. If your international sales are down you may want to experiment the visit shop in different country modes. Some of my coins are listed in New Zealand with a coin expert. My letters are here in Australia but I list them on eBay UK. I get many eBay UK buyers very few eBay USA buyers. Now I know why. For a start maybe I'll copy the coin postage policy and set it to the letter listings. Would that at least get the letters seen on eBay USA? I want to fix for South America to. How to do it?

I checked my postage policy which looks okay. I just added custom location and selected the rest of the world locations. It still did not fix this issue. Now I am wondering if its a setting in the shop since eBay changed shop formats recently. Any ideas?

advanced search worldwide as someone mentioned brings all results up. But as soon as you open one on eBay USA and hit visit shop you only get 57 listings again. I have checked everything even if I use the coin postage policy the old mail listings won't show. I complained to eBay. I wonder how many other sellers selling International have had similar problems

If the 'postal' are listed on the UK site, try changing the shop and listing settings via the UK site....
if you did that on .au.

Which settings exactly, I went to manage shop on UK and could not see anything there that would make the shop worldwide visible. I already checked postage policies all countries selected on offer additional service. Somebody on here sited only 8 items in au mode. Something wierd going on here, an eBay filter blocking?

I don't see anything wrong with your shipping policy to the US so changing it is unlikely to accomplish anything. I know that in North America Ebay does not guarantee that your listings will be found on every site that you ship to but I thought that was more related to when searching for an item. For example if I search for an 1846 cover in stamps, there is no guarantee that I will see your listings. But since we are actually searching by seller name, I would think that all of your items should come up so I'm not sure why they are not.
I thought that I read a while ago that listings done on the UK site could be seen on the .com site and/or could be set up to be seen on different sites but I don't know anything more about it and didn't see any info on the UK site. Since you list on the UK site you should contact their customer service reps as they may have some suggestions and if there are any special promotions there, they would know. I think that you can 'chat' with them rather than phone them.

It could be a glitch with the stores although when I am viewing your listings without going to your store, I can still see just the coin listings.
