Hi Ebay Community,
I got my first sold by bid listing three days ago. However, the buyers has paid yet. If this buyer still don't pay for the order, Can I cancel it? Does it affect to my selling account?
Thank you for your help.

Hey @gasconk_12 here is a little excerpt from eBay's selling help page
Sellers don't need to open unpaid item cases any longer. Instead, orders can be canceled if a buyer hasn't paid within 4 calendar days. If you still have open unpaid item cases, you have 36 days from the date they were opened to close them. If you don't close them within 36 days, we'll close them for you, but you won't be eligible for a final value fee credit and the unpaid item won't be recorded on the buyer's account.
Now to translate it from ebay-ese to English:
If a buyer does not pay for the item within 4 calendar days from purchase, you can cancel the item. If you have unpaid item cases (From the resolution center) you have 36 days from when they are opened to be closed and if ebay closes them you will not your fees credited and the buyer doesn't get a unpaid item strike.
Now as far as fees go, as long as the order was canceled by yourself, you will get any fees from that transaction credited back to you. And your seller account will not be affected negatively.

You're not signed up for managed payments yet. That might pose a problem for you.

True, I have not signed up for it and I will face eBay's wrath unless I do. I don't commercially sell but im selling to raise funds for a startup right now
