I have never had a problem with buyers making payment.
It's been over 2 days since a buyer won the auction and bought my item.
Ebay sent him a notice as well as I.
What would you suggest I do now?
Thanks.

Title says SELLER HAS NOT PAID YET.
If you can, you might want to change that.
You can open an unpaid item case after 48 hrs, and close it after another 96 hrs to get your fees back and give the buyer a strike.
Consider listing fixed price, immediate payment required.
Add the name to your BBL.
Be sure your blocks are set to block those with two or more unpaid item strikes.

All you can do is wait basicly. It happens to us all the time. Sometimes they change there mind and never pay. You can file for non payment but that makes them mad. Best regards

I think 48 hrs. is eBay policy (min.) to make a payment. Contact them, if they don't answer open an unpaid item case and go from there.

I will give them another 24 hrs. to pay since both Ebay and myself requested payt.
That'll be a total of 3 days they have to make payt.
I think that is reasonable.

You said, SELLER has not paid, when you meant BUYER has not paid.
BBL is your blocked bidder list.
You go into your site preferences and block those with two or more unpaid item strikes, and there are other blocks available for your use. These are your buyer requirements.

Once you add a user id to your BBL, they will not be able to bid or buy any of your items. This is done automatically by the system.

In fact you can edit the Subject line when replying, although (1) the change won't show in the Subject view of this group, since that only shows the title of the original post, and (2) it won't carry forward in any later post that doesn't originate as a reply to you. So basically I think you're stuck with whatever came first.
The Blocked Bidder List can be found here:

Sort of.
The buyer can take as long as she wants to pay, but the seller can open an Unpaid Item Dispute after 96 hours (48 hours if the seller is in the USA).
Then the buyer has another 96 hours to respond.
If the buyer does not pay, she gets a Strike, which makes it harder to buy on eBay, because many if not most sellers have automatic Blocks against deadbeats with Strikes.
The seller gets his FVF refunded.
The buyer cannot leave feedback.

From eBay CS Help...'Once you've found the item you want and have either won the auction or used Buy It Now, you'll need to pay the seller. You need to pay for purchases within 2 days, but the sooner the seller receives your payment, the sooner they'll ship your item'. So no, buyer only has 48 hrs. to complete the transaction. Sellers can give them more time, I've seen some sellers allow up to a week to make payment.
Also for the OP, when you set up buyer requirements look for a check box that says these requirements will be applied to all current and future listings.
Good Luck!

You ran out of time and now you can't.

How do you "set up an automatic block against deadbeat buyers with strikes"?
