Buyer has Invalid address. Purchase postage button not working. What should I do?

Full error is:

Invalid address. Click "Change" to revise it.Invalid address. Click "Change" to revise it.

I messaged the buyer to verify the address and he replied:

"Hi.

the address is correct, what happens is that it is a box that you then send to my country, then you must include all that address"

Any help on what to do? Thank you!

I believe you can cancel with problem with buyer's address and you will not get a defect.  Keep proof of that invalid address message.

Hopefully more will weigh in on this soon.

Yes. Use "Problem with Buyer's Address" as the reason for the cancellation.

You could go to your local Post Office and mail it over the counter.
