Did you mean:

Buyer doesn't read, and I hate that I'm too nice. Should have trusted my intuition.

So I put up a Microsoft Mixed Reality VR headset, one that works 100% perfectly, tested up to the hour before I was ready to ship.  I specifically put all the details that are included in the description. Also, in boldface,  I note how important it is to have the proper requirements to use this hardware, and how I don't recommend it to someone new to this tech.

And now the questions come:

Buyer Q: Do these come with the controllers.

Me: Yes, it's on the description.

Now I'm concerned already, because if this buyer is asking this question, then he/she obviously is not reading the description.

Two hours later:

Same Buyer: I really want to buy this, but it's important me to know that this has controllers.

Me: Yes, you can see the pictures, and look at the details on the description. There are 2 bluetooth controllers.

Now I am really worried. This character is about to purchase this and is not capable of reading the description. I search for how to block a buyer before purchasing. It can be done, but some forum comments say, don't do it because that buyer can call eBay and ask why they are being blocked from a purchase. An hour later, he/she, as expected, purchases it. I send a note before shipping to make sure they read the description and have the proper hardware. No reply. OK, they paid, I have no choice but to ship.

In 3 days, the parcel arrives to the buyer. That night, I hear my phone go off with that eBay tone. Without even looking, I'm saying to myself, it's that buyer!

Buyer: It's not working, I don't have the port on my computer, is there anything I can do.

I recommend an adapter...and  HDMI to Displayport. A few Hours later, he said, I tried everything and it didn't work. I give him/her a few other suggestions. The buyer says, OK, I'll try those...

No emails the rest of the night. In the morning, I wake up to a return notice. Reason: Defective. I originally had no refunds listed for this, but being the nice jerk I am, I allow the return and eat the shipping.  Sorry this was long, but I needed some place to vent.
