Buyer didn’t read description and is asking for a refund. I am happy to return partial refund because of the mistake and the price they paid is high.
Is that an acceptable action or do I have to accept the return? See pics for my listing.

I always refund the buyer once I receive the item back and just relist the item. It's much easier all around that way. Anything else isn't worth the hassle. Keep it simple.

I've looked at the actual listing and it's misleading, the main pic is a pic of a Mug, and you have Mug in the title.

 

You should ask the buyer to return the item for a full refund, and you pay return shipping.  I think the buyer has grounds to file a NAD.

 

This isn't the buyers fault..
