Hello, think i may have originally posted in the wrong place.
Sold a 4 year old graphics card. Seller sent message saying nothing is wrong with the functionality of the card but wants to return it because they say it puts off a "smoking smell from being in a heavy smoking environment and it causing them to be short of breath after ten minutes." I do have a wood burner that is used on the other side of the house during winter months but didnt put anything saying pet/smoke free in the ad. I have marked no returns, marked as used and pulled from working system. I disassembled and shot with an air blower and applied new thermal paste. I've sold other parts from the same build recently along with 6 other graphic cards in last 2 years with no complaints, even though i guess no one gives feedback anymore.
Am I screwed regardless and should just take the return?
Thank you

Probably better just to accept the return in good spirit now as you will be accepting it sooner or later under worse circumstances I honestly believe that people with severe allergies should make a seller aware of their condition up front or resign themselves to going to Office Depot and buying new. Then again, I don't live in the real world.
I got dosed up with carbon monoxide 30 years ago, and am very sensitive to diesel fumes, so I avoid truck stops when I am on the road. With all of the things that are sold on eBay of unknown origin, people with allergies should avoid buying used things here.

I would.
Some people are just really sensitive to smells.

I would take the return.
