A buyer wants to purchase my item and ship to Brazil but when he puts his address in it says that country is not elegible. I have selected global shipping and I’m not sure why he can’t do it. When I look at the auction though, not in edit mode, it only allows the US to be selected. Can anyone tell me what to do here?

I looked at your Projector screen listing.
It is not set up for GSP ... or any international shipping at all.
Your other 2 listings are set up correctly. (And Brazil is on the list of GSP countries)
Go in and revise the listing so that the GSP is enabled.

I can't speak for the Global Shipping Program or Pitney Bowes, which runs it, but many shippers and insurers (and the GSP is both in essence) will not ship to destinations where in their opinion the shipment is not likely to arrive securely and/or promptly.
It's too expensive for them to pay out on Claims.
Which is also why Brazil is on the Blocked list of many sellers.
It's not the people, it's the poor infrastructure in the customs and post offices.

Yeah, tell them to arrange their own re-shipper.
I would never ship to Brazil...I don't even like shipping to Poland.

Thanks. I did go to revise the auction but it says global shipping is selected. I’m not sure there is another area to change this, or how to do it.

It maybe the size. How big is that screen?
Click on "Getting Started" and then "More Info"
GSP has size and weight restrictions ... and some dollar value restrictions based on country.

So I went back and selected a specific shipping method in the global shipping box, and I hope I have done the right thing. It is now so expensive though to ship that it cost more than the item does brand new so I have advised the buyer not to purchase.

It is 36” but when I checked for size in global shipping it was ok for Brazil. It was too big for int first class parcel but ok for one of priority medium box apparently. But now the shipping is way too expensive so I suggested to purchase elsewhere.

By selecting a shipping method, you are bypassing the GSP.
If the Brazilian buyer buys, you will be shipping g directly to him ... not to Kentucky.
I would NOT recommend that you do this. Brazil is notorious for slow customs and lost packages.
Take the international shipping off of the listing. Tell the buyer that you are sorry, but that the item cannot be shipped through GSP.

Thanks, I think the problem was you have to select and actual shipping method which I had not done for that auction. I had forgotten that the buyer pays an additonal fee along with the fee to ship to ebay global shipping center. I guess I slected it for the other two auctions although I dont remember doing that.

You didn't select one on the others because you didn't have to.
The listing now shows shipping in a Priority Mail International Medium Flat Rate Box to Brazil.
Direct ... from you ... not through the GSP.
Which is wrong ... that will not fit in a MFRB.
The Item is too big to go through the GSP.
If you really want to ship it .... select Calulated Shipping ... select Priority Mail International, select Large Package and put the EXACT dimensions and weight into the listing.
This will give the buyer the correct postage to pay.
And you will ship it directly to the buyer, not to Kentucky.

Thanks, I have set it back to GSP, however now it only allows shipping to the US. I dont understand why since the size is ok for Brazil and for other countries I assume. Very confusing. I shipped a larger item to Belgium via GSP with no problems.

How big is it? What does it weigh?
There is absolutely no indication anywhere in your listing as to the dimensions 😞
What dimensions/weight do you have in the calculator.
It is showing me $41 to ship to me in Zone 6 ...which is right for 15 lbs.
But if it is oversized (over 1 cubic foot), it should be showing me the 20 lb rate of $50.
If it isn't the size, then GSP is excluding it for some other reason 😞
