I see two items that closed yesterday with multiple bids. I can't see anybody griping over the spoons, so I'll guess it['s the shirt. Looks to me like Bidder I***s placed a bid something higher than 23.00 whether they admit it or not. They would have won at $10.50 until Bidder o***o jumped in with about 20 seconds left.
