Buyer bought 1. Messaged me that she would like to add on 1 more.

I'm trying to figure out the easiest way (for the buyer) to do this. 

A) Tell her to buy 1 more and i will refund her the combined shipping discount?

B) Is there a way i could invoice her for the additional item and additional combined shipping charge?

Send them an offer through the message with the appropriate discount on the sale price with the same shipping cost. You will have two transactions that way but better than canceling and redoing the sale.

You can combine the shipping if the orders have the same shipping details.  You just have to manually upload tracking on the other orders.  I run into situations where people buy multiple item #s without putting their order in the cart.  Shows up as multiple transactions on my awaiting shipment.  I verify that all the shipping details are the same, then ship them together.  Once I have tracking I upload it in the order details for the other orders.

$5 for the first item. $3 for each additional. 

So i just gave her a $2 refund on the 2nd item.
