So this buyer out of providence rhode island, received 2 playstation 3’s valued at over $250 each. I sold them to make sale at more than half off. Unfortunately I combined shipping in one item and sent additional items in another box. Subsequently I sent over 5 items. He said he only received 3 items. Only one playstation 3 and not 19 blade fan for a ps3….
Ultimately he damaged the item I sent, sent a picture of it, and accused me of not sending all the items….
I have sold over $1500 worth of stuff within a month, in relations to playstation 3’s fat models… the expensive ones…. Never had a problem.
First buyer threatens me with bad feedback saying I need to refund some money since I charged him too much for shipping, and if I don’t want negative feedback i should obliged. Well I told him items are over 30 pounds and require a signature. After we defused that situation. We were experiencing a winter storm in California which delayed our shipping routes as a whole. I got items later then I should, well his item didn’t get scanned until it reached the substations, he then decided to contact eBay and ask them to refund the money. Well the item was shipped and he threatens to do a chargeback with his bank….
Well item is on the way and I advise him to please be patient. Well he pretty much tells me I shouldn’t be selling on eBay and will contact eBay.
Well he got the item, damaged it and started an item not as described case..
prior I reported the buyer as an abusive buyer, then contacted ebay, and they said they will have my back….
Well I just got the request and buyer lied saying I never sent the item in the small box when in fact I sent it in 2 boxes. Item were huge. So now I have to file a police report and contact eBay along with the shipping carriers about this scammer.
This is so wrong and I feel robbed agin for Christmas🤦….
I just got robbed in my garage by a guy on my ring camera stealing over $1500 im items and now this…. Can’t get a break from scammers.
