I sold an item, buyer asked to cancel right away and he left me a negative as soon as he could saying "Tried to fool myself."
What can I do?

In the comment box explain that the order was cancelled per buyer request.

I did. They removed the comment but left the negative.

The item is listed as New With Box, but your description says Not Box?
Does it come in the box or not?
Maybe that's what they are talking about it, trying to fool them.
