Buyer accidentally accepted my counteroffer

I had a buyer accidentally accept my counteroffer and wants me to cancel his offer. How do I do that. Never had this happen before

Have they paid?

If they paid, then cancel it for the reason the buyer asked you to and then fully refund them.

If they haven't paid you can cancel the sale for the same reason, but obviously without any refund.

Thanks for responding.  They hadn’t paid and I was having trouble. Locating a cancel button. Finally found it and got it taken care of.  Thanks again.
