I sold a video game with dance pad a couple of days ago and the buyer sent a message about ten minutes later asking if it was compatible with their video game console. I instantly replied saying that I wasn't sure if it would be compatible or not and I told them that if they wanted me to cancel the sale I would. I never heard back and since I like to get my packages out quickly, I decided to send one more message asking them if they wanted to cancel. Still no response.
If this item isn't going to be compatible with their console, I really don't want to ship it only for them to claim INAD and I have to pay to ship it back. I also don't want to cancel the transaction and get a defect on my account either.
Is there anything I'm looking over to get out of this sale? I think I'm just stuck sending it to someone who didn't bother to ask questions to begin with and I'm going to end up eating the cost. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

I'd cancel and take the defect. Better than refunding and paying for return shipping, if you even get it back at all. Good luck.
