Person bought a game from me for the DS system and I know it works as I tested it. Purchase was on Oct. 28 and today I get a message asking for a refund as they claim it doesn't work. Positive FB left for me since delivery last month.... They said they would open a case but isn't it a bit late to do that?

They can't do anything here, but they can with PP.

Because it worked when it left you does not guarantee it will work for the buyer or gift recipient.

Past 30 days from delivery you can decline the return. It's unknown what they could do next - if anything. Also, the eBay MBG is not a warranty. The MBG covers the item *arriving* as described in the listing.
