According to eBay, the buyer has paid for the item (a computer) but shipment will require a signature because the value is over $750.
However, the shipping name (Joe Davis) is clearly different from the account name (Walter is the first name on the account) and the shipping address is a P.O. Box.
I do not feel 100% confident about this.
What will happen if nobody shows up to sign for the item? Will the package just sit at the Post Office forever? It that happens, will we be paid for sending the item? Or would we be forced to pay for return shipping?

I used to like sending to PO Boxes, the staff will get the signature when the addressee comes to collect it - depending on the size of the PO Box it will be most likely be held out the back of the PO.
The name, so long as you address it correctly would not bother me, they could be sending it to a friend, and if it is not collected the PO will return to sender (I don't think there is a charge for that, but not sure)

I have many, many transactions where the account name does not match the addressee. Though I do vet many of the larger transactions throughout the year. I do like to know who and where exactly an expensive shipment is going. It does not take that much time.
After vetting, I would ship and not worry about it until a problem arises.
You can also do a recall of the shipment if needed. That is how I deal with it. Other's mileage may vary.

...just want to confirm to you that if a package was held up at PO with a notice (USPS Form 3849, aka. "Pink Slip") was issued to the receiver to pick it up at the local PO, the receiver has up to 10 days to claim the package for First-Class or Priority Mail, and, or up to 15 days for an Express Mail - NOTE: calendar days, not business days...
...after lengthy holding without any person comes over to claim for the package, it will be return to the sender as NO COST to be paid by sender (as sender shipping cost was already included returning postage unless the sender tendered a Postage Due case...)...keep in mind that upon receive back the package, sender will be requested to obtain a signature with an valid ID...
...this explanation is for a rental PO Box at the local PO...it's somewhat safer when shipping address was a PO Box, especially if that PO Box is located inside an USPS building, not these UPS or Mailbox ETC. stores...can't speak for those private stores and there were stories of sellers lost their items and monies when a package was not properly delivered or returned...
...an eBay's account name could be different than the registered name and, a registered account holder may have multiple registered shipping addresses...(me for an example...!)

I don't sell $750 items, but back when Pay Pal processed the payments, it wasn't unusual to receive an order and find three different names.
The Ebay account would be under one name, the Pay Pal transaction another, then a different name on the shipping and never had any problems.
