I have a buyer who has filed for a return because "she THINKS the item is not authentic". Ok, I happen to KNOW it is authentic because I purchased the item directly from the manufacturer, and besides that, who makes fakes of unpopular flatware patterns? Regardless, I have accepted the return and the system mentioned that I needed to send a label, but I can't see how to do that. My dashboard says "return accepted", then I got an email saying I needed to send a label, but not sure how to do that. Can someone help me?
Also, can I assume I'm getting a defect because this person "THINKS" something is "fake"?
Thanks!
Sue

If it's in the USA, I believe ebay will send the return label and the charges for that will show in your invoice, usually the same as you paid when you created the label. I don't think you will get a defect for that, but it will increase your chances of paying higher FVF.

You will not get a defect for accepting a return, no matter the reason for return. You would get a defect if you ignored the return and Ebay had to step in, or if you yourself asked Ebay to step in.
