Buyer Questions

I have an auction running at the present time and have had the same person message me with 5 questions. I have answered each of them, yet an unanswered question banner tops my listing. What can I do to get rid of that? Will this negate any bids that I may receive? Will any winning bid be cancelled? Thanks.

Buyer Questions

Think of it as a glitch - for every message someone sends you - even a thank you - you will have to write them back to get the banner to disappear.  Nothing will happen if you like the banner be - the auction or fixed will end normally - don't worry about it.  If the questions your seller asked are legit - you might want to revise your listing to add that information in the description - but otherwise - things will go as normal - accept for that odd looking banner - and yes - it will be there after your listing is completed too.

Buyer Questions

Sometimes that happens if you answer their question from your inbox instead of the item listing. Just click the message and use the dropdown to mark as answered and it will go away

Buyer Questions

Unanswered questions mean nothing at all, do not affect bids or wins or anything else.

No bids will be negated or cancelled.

I have found that buyers who do this, asking multiple questions, are that hardest to deal with and a disproportional amount of problems occur with these buyers.
