In my opinion you should read this page and understand how to resolve unpaid items:
Resolving unpaid items with buyers
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/resolving-unpaid-items-buyers?id=4137
By the way, I found that page by clicking the "Help & Contact" link at the top of any eBay page and typing "buyer did not pay" into the search box.

You sold it on May 30th. Today is June 1st. Buyers normally have at least 4 days to pay.
If you have not been paid by 4 days past the date of sale, you can open an unpaid item case with eBay.
Please do some more reading about what buyers can and can't do But do it on your own site, Sri Lanka, because some rules may be different.

In the drop down options beside each item that has not sold, there is the option to send an invoice. Send a polite invoice first, thanking them for their purchase and telling them it is ready to ship. On the 4th day, send then another invoice letting them know ebay will close the listing and ebay will mark them as a non-paying buyer on their account, which can affect their ability to buy in the future. You can also ask if they wish for you to cancel the purchase, if worse comes to worse. It's better to at least hear from someone, know they changed their mind, and close the listing than be left hanging. Then you can relist the item immediately. As the previous reply stated, do look into the rules for your area, they could be different.

I had six items get bought on Thursday of last week that I never heard a thing from them after repeated contact from me I was able to cancel them all and relist but will you look at that mine were out of the listings for the entire weekend I’m not 100% sure these are all buyers I have a feeling it’s sellers taking you out of their way so they don’t have compitition

Buyers have 4 days to make payment. If they do not, on day 5 cancel the sale citing that the buyer did not pay. Then block them from bidding again:

Since you're a new seller, you should maybe consider using a fixed buy it now price with immediate payment required checked off. No best offers either. That way the buyer has to pay you. It will help you accumulate feedback as well.
Good luck.

Every time a seller sends an invoice, the clock resets for cancellation of the transaction for nonpayment. Bad advice.

That has not been my experience recently. Regardless of how many times I send an invoice, ebay cancels the transaction four days after the listing ended. This was a change from some previous guidelines. I didn't know enough about the guidelines to pay attention at the time I got the notice, but the options change under the item after four days, regardless of whether I send an invoice or not. Perhaps it differs by category, too. That being said, I have had a rash of non-paying dealers lately, along with the reduced number of bids. I have tried to not discriminate against buyers who have less than a 5 feedback rating, but most of the non-paying dealers are low feedback dealers. I try to give them the benefit of a doubt that they don't understand what they are doing. But just like the reduced number of views and the reduced number of bidders in the last 30 days, the non-paying dealers are driving me nuts. That seems to be the only thing that have increased.
On the other hand, if someone doesn't pay after four days, and I've sent messages, I've had no problem cancelling the order and relisting. I give the buyer a warning and then I do put them on the list of dealers who can't bid on my items because of non-payment. People who pay late, I'll work with if they correspond at all, just as I would if someone came into the store and talked to me.
I'm just putting rinky-dink things on ebay right now, trying different categories, different wording, anything that might show some movement or change. If I have to work a little harder to get a dealer to pay, I will.
I apologize if the advice is bad. I have not seen the 'reset clock' mentioned in anything I've read and I appreciate your bringing it to my attention. There is so much information that I could easily have missed it, or it may have changed since I read something. I can never find the same information twice, either, when I search for information on ebay.

I wouldn't bother with invoices, eBay already sends them. I don't believe in chasing after buyers - they will either pay or they won't.
