I had a buyer request a refund that I promptly did. I am relatively new at this thinking I was supposed to refined before the buyer shipped it back. Now the buyer will not return the item or respond to any messages. I have reached out to eBay and I really feel they don’t care. Now I’m out 101 dollars and I can’t get my item back. HELP

There is nothing anyone can do at this point..
Next time have them request a refund.
Issue the return label via that refund request and once you have the item back, refund the payment..
Very sorry, this is a hard lesson.

Common sense would dictate the customer has zero reason to return the item if you refund him first.
That's an expensive way to learn.
