I listed items last month and even though it defaulted to the checked Make Offer Box, I was able to go in and edit out the "Make Offers." Now today it doesn't even let me do that. When I switch from Auction to Buy it Now, the new label is "Buy It Now + Offers" and all items automatically come with the offers being accepted. Will this be standard from now on and is there anything I can do to get rid of it in a more advanced setting? I don't want to do offers on items that are being listed for the first time. Thanks for any help.

The Advanced Listing form may let you delete that.
Ebay has recently taken to adding a best offer to those listings that they feel are above the average price. I don't think you can delete this.
You are not obligated to respond to or accept any unwanted offers.

I don't believe it will let you remove the BO option if the listing was created with the simple listing tool. I believe that you have to start over and create the listing using the advanced tool in order to do it. Some sort of eBay logic at work, I guess.
