Bulk shipping eBay bug - any workaround?

Hi sellers,

eBay has advised me today of a global issue with the Combine Orders function.  Acknowledged same buyer so I should be able to if not for the issue on eBay side. 

End result is my margin being cut in half if I ship separately.

Anybody have a workaround for this?

If you do find something out, I surely want to know as well.  I've returned to selling and feel lost on here.

No solution yet!  Another $10 lost today.

Please eBay fix this.

I'm having issues with tryting to print out labels.  They took the money, but now it wont let me print them.  I've been selling and printing out postage for years and never ran into this before so it looks like another one of ebay's numerous glitches.
