Bulk labels question

So, I just started using bulk labels.  I used to check every label for seller protection and to be sure it was ok to ship.

Would the bulk labels allow you to print if there was a payment pending or an unverified address?

I've been using eBay bulk shipping for several years now and PAYPAL bulk shipping for years before that.  To date I've never had an order slip through that wasn't ok to ship.  Any with a pending status do not get populated into the list of ones that are ready to go.  I admit that occassionally I do match up the number of labels printed against the number of cleared payments though.  Just to be sure.

Only transaction that are in your awaiting payment would show in the bulk payment module.  All paid transactions will show in the bulk shipping tool regardless if they have unverified address or not. 

That tool is designed to bulk ship transactions, not do a lot of extra stuff.
