Hi, I'm looking to bulk edit and add handling costs for international sales.
Does anyone know how to add handling costs in bulk?

Are you in EIS? If so, this really isn't necessary as you will now ship to an Ebay processing facility. From there Ebay takes over and assumes all risk. Plus we no longer have to pay the 1.65% FVF on international sales.
Check your Site Preferences for International Shipping. See what is checked. EIS is a great program for sellers.
I really encourage you to learn about EIS.

Hey @ariebary . I looked at one of your listings and it's currently offering eBay International Standard Delivery (EISD). EISD is being discontinued in less than a month on September 1st (link).
If you want to continue offering direct international shipping you'll have to update your listings to another service like USPS. If you do nothing, then eBay will automatically convert your listings to using eBay International Shipping (EIS) at which point an international handling fee becomes moot because you'll be getting your domestic shipping rates with EIS since eBay handles the international leg.
That said, if you plan to convert to another direct service like USPS, then your best option for adding handling fee in bulk will depend on whether or not you use business policies.
If you use biz policies then you add the handling fee to your policies on this page:

If you don't use biz policies then you can update your listings using the bulk edit tool. Link in my sig below has tips on using the bulk edit tool. While it's a longer post aimed at making a switch to Ground Advantage, it does include some basic steps such as how to access the bulk edit tool (with screenshots).
