Bulk Relisting Not Working

Never had this happen before, but starting today everytime I try to bulk relist my items I get this message. If I relist one at a time it works fine. Has anyone ever seen this before and can explain why it's happening?

Works OK for me. Relisted several blocks of items without issue.

What does that part of the message in red say? I can't read it.

Thanks for the reply. I finally got it figured out. My sellers fees had not been paid as they normally do. My card to pay them expired, but I updated it and now it works fine.
