I have been selling for quite a while. I have always did the listing one by one. It didn’t matter if I was selling 5 items or 100 items. It just takes so much time and energy and I’m not as young now. I was aware of bulk listing in the mid to late 2000’s but never tried it. I am looking for some advice and suggestions to get started. selling sports cards) I looked at eBay help, but I thought this might be a better option for help. I apologize if these questions have obvious answers. This may or may not be an every week or
What is the best way to add 200-300 hundred items at a time?
Do or should I open a eBay store?
How do I add photos?
I’m sure there is more that I’m missing.
I appreciate any and all help/suggestions.

With bulk listing you would need to select a third party provider and create you listings there. Like the old program we use to have called Turbo Lister.
Now don't confuse this with the Bulk Editor. That doesn't create listings, it allows you to edit certain things on a number of listings at the same time.
Now what I do is I create Templates. I create a template for each type of item I sell. I can set up with some of the ISBs [item specific boxes], my TOS [terms of sale], handling time, return policy and anything else that stays consistent between listings. It really cuts down the time to create a new listing. I suggest giving it a try.
I encourage you to give this a try. Certainly it will take a little bit to build all the templates you need, but it will save you lots of time overall.
