I have had multiple insertion fees while using the Bulk Edit tool.
Example: More than twenty fees for the same item:
(Thai Banknotes Catalogue 1853-2022 Complete Edition by Somchai Seang-ngern).
I also had several standard fees in August 2022 (Specimen 100-Baht banknote) Sold for $169 and a coin sold for less than $30 (Garuda Coin) roughly $17 each plus promotion and advertising fees.
These fees left me out of pocket rather than money in my pocket.
Can anyone explain in laymen's terms; If I choose to Bulk Edit all my shipping fees to the same category only to find I have to edit each one individually?
I had over 256 listings I edited a few then, ran out of time so pressed relist. Next, I get my monthly Financial Statement with 6 insertion fees.

You shouldn't be charged for revising listings whether you are using the bulk edit tool or doing it individually. When you did the bulk edit did it show you that there was a charge? Sometimes they will show a charge but it actually isn't put on the account. If you were charged and you were not adding listing upgrades that are charged for, I'm not sure why you would be.

Thanks for the reply. There was no indication of charges. eBay C/S have advised me to delete the extra listings. Though they have just given me the item numbers. I have tried using Advanced Search;
Seller and Item number, and ticked all the relevant boxes but continually get 'No Exact Match" I have asked eBay C/S for the titles.
Any advice on how to access the items other than doing them individually?

I don’t understand what good it would to to delete listings that you have been charged for. The charges don’t disappear when the listing is deleted. Plus it doesn’t sound like there are extra listings, just that you are possibly being overcharged. Since you can’t find the listings at all, they must now be out of the system.
You mentioned relisting. You do know that your Fixed Price /Buy it now listings do automatically renew every month unless you end them? If you are relisting them on your own that may be the problem. When those listings roll over, they do come out of your free listing allotments so if you go over your limit, you would be charged a listing fee.
In the last week or so I do remember reading 2 threads about sellers being charged for a couple of months of fees this month, instead of being charged when the items were actually relisted or sold. I can’t remember the details or find the threads but if I do find them I will post a link.
You might want to read more about the eBay fees again in case that has something do with your problem. https://www.ebay.com/help/selling-fees/selling/selling-fees?id=4822&st=3&pos=1&query=Selling%20fees&...
