Since it now takes multiple clicks to reach a user's actual feedback profile page I am reposting the workaround I came up with in 2021:
For medium to advanced level computers users of Chrome, Opera, Vivaldi and possibly other Chrome based web browsers:
You can create a custom search engine that points to ebay's 'Find Member' search page.
Once you have created a custom search engine you can select/highlight the username, right click and "search with" your custom search engine. That will take you directly to their feedback profile page.
Creating a custom search engine:
In some browsers it's as simple as right clicking on a search box and clicking "add as a search engine."
I have done this on several desktop browsers. I haven't tried with mobile versions. You can google for help with your particular browser.
More fun with custom search engines for ebay and internet shopping:
It's possible to create custom search engines that point to ebay searches.
'Search with ebay' is a handy thing to have or create one for a more specific ebay search:
For example I created one to search for DVDs in the category of "DVD & Bluray discs", lowest price first. When I see the title of a movie online I can select the title, right click and search with my custom engine to see if it's available for a good price on ebay. In some browsers it's as easy as doing an ebay search, right clicking in that search box and clicking "add as a search engine."
I also have a few custom search engines for other sites where I shop. However some sites block the browser's ability to create custom search engines.

Interesting message from someone who appears to have made their own feedback private.

^ Interesting comment from someone who always has many "interesting" comments.
