Hi, sorry to hear your listings have been removed. I tried looking for hemp oil in the prohibited and restricted items policy and came up empty handed. Part of the problem is that hemp and cannabis are sometimes used interchangeably. Hemp products have only fairly recently been removed from Schedule I of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. And while Congress passed the Farm Bill late last year to make hemp products legal, individual states still have the say-so on whether they will recognize this. It sounds to me like eBay hasn't differentiated hemp products from CBD products? CBD still isn't allowed on eBay.
Since it is all sort of confusing, if I were you, I would move cautiously on relisting. It has happened where eBayers find their selling privileges suspended over relisting matters and then go thru a huge headache to try to get reinstated.
