Blocking an account for no reason

Good day everyone, I created an account about a week ago, decided to put my holographic pikachu Pokémon card for sale. A couple of hours later, I received a message that the account was blocked and I need to contact support to resolve the problem. I contacted immediately, they answered that they could not help me, I create risks for the ebay community, blocking purchases, selling goods, also blocking new accounts if I create. I am in shock, the appeal cannot be filed, the reason cannot be found out. Who can I contact from normal support to resolve this issue?

Ebay certainly does not block for no reason.

Were you dropshipping?

By the way creating new accounts will not solve the problem and in fact will just make things much worse. You need to pin point exactly what you were doing wrong and change it otherwise you will be permanently banned from the site.

When you created this brand new account, did you register for Managed Payments?

What reason did e-Bay give you when you called for taking down your account?  Did you have a prior account with issues?

That's too bad.  I know lots of people who want to buy Pokemon cards from Ukraine.
