Blocking a specific buyer

I'm having a rather frustrating issue. I'm selling some of my retired computer/networking equipment. A buyer bought multiple items and then returned them. Then bought the same things again and returned them again. I blocked him, so he tried it again under a different username. I cancelled the transaction when I saw the shipping address and name being the same. I blocked that username, and he is trying to buy the same stuff under yet another username. This time around, he's actually using his real name as the username and I cannot figure out how to add it to the blocked users list because it has spaces in it. Any advice would be appreciated.

Not sure if it will work for the BBL, but try using the 'underscore' between names.  Programs frequently ignore/disregard that and it acts as a space.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.

Did you try copy and paste? Also, report him to eBay for harassment, misusing the MBG return system, and whatever else you can think of.  There's a link for requesting a call back at the bottom of this page, if you want to talk to CS.
