I have a buyer is two months past the date when she could have returned her purchase. I told her to take it up with Ebay but she still sending me messages. Is there a way to block a buyers messaging?

https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock
Because we cannot see what is going on between you and the buyer, and without more information, add them to your blocked buyer list. They will still be able to message you for approx 30 days, but you do not have to open and read. If they bought with a credit card, they can still open a charge back up to 180 days or more depending on what credit card they used. Did they open a return that you did not respond to?

You know they have 6 months to open a case through Pay Pal and most credit cards.

No she has not opened any return request of any kind. She has been messaging me through the mailing system on eBay voicing her request. She bought some thing back on August 17. The Ebay representative I spoke to today, to verify I am with him my rights, said she had 30 days to file and this is well past that.
