Billing errors

Today I was looking at my credit card that I use for Ebay services. On 11/10/21, I was charged $3.42 cents 3 times for "other services". Then again on 11/08/21, I was charged $7.91 twice for "other services". Can someone explain this to me? It looks like a billing error. What are "other services" that they charge for?

Thanks in advance

Is it shipping fees, possibly?

I had the same issues, and they were refunded.

In my case it was their changing of categories that put items in categories that charged fees for gallery photos and listing fees. Ebay promised to fix all those and I saw on my next credit card statement that they did. For me there were charges totaling 6.43, I don't know how they came up with that odd amount, and a credit for the same amount.

I do not think so. Why would I be charged the same amount 3 times($3.42) on Nov 10th and then again, charged the same amount of $7.91 twice on November 8th.... Perhaps I need to give them a call? What are considered '"other services"? I do not offer free shipping. Just so confusing to me..:(

Thanks so much!

Get in touch with ebay on this:

Some things that were free before the category changes are not since;

The second time may be when they rolled over (relisted automatically).

Have you checked your  financial summary under your seller Hub?  Usually the charges are all detailed there.  If Ebay is charging you something it would be there and it might give you an ideal what is was for or it if was an error.  Just a thought.

The $7.91 is the price I pay for priority flat rate envelopes and the other is what I pay sometimes for 1st class packages, so could it be shipping labels?
